Because there is no such thing as free shipping. If you think you ever order something with free shipping, believe us - you pay for it as it's included in the product price. At Bunny'Style we are honest and we charge you what we actually pay, or less for P&P! We are planning to reduce shipping rates as our profit margin grows. Currently we are too small and cannot afford it!
Standard 14 day return period for goods bought online. No reason required, unused items only. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. But in reality we will probably refund straight away.
For all returns and faulty items we will refund or replace and cover postage costs within the UK and the USA.
We offer free returns in the EU - please get in touch and we'll be able to assist. We do not currently offer free exchanges in the EU (we are still negotiating our international rates, so this might change in the future). But you can always buy again! For damaged items sent within the EU we will refund only after receiving pictures of damaged goods.
For damaged items sent everywhere else we will refund only, after receiving photographic proof of damaged goods.
We are happy to exchange your goods if they won't fit or for any other reason. Difference in price will be refunded or added to your bill. We cover the exchange postage cost. Again, we can only do this in the UK and the USA. Unfortunately we do not cover the exchange postage cost for items sold to other countries.
You can cancel your order before we ship it. Please get in touch via email, or Facebook messenger for us to act quickly. We will refund straight away. Please note that refunds might take up to 7 working days to get delivered in your account.
Unfortunately at the moment if you pay with Apple Pay you cannot enter the codes. We are working on it and hopefully will resolve it soon! If you have a code and want to use it, we recommend checking out through standard check out.
We get a lot of these messages and in majority of cases here are the reasons:
* Incorrect address entered - even misspelling the street name will make your bank reject the payment
* Incorrect ZIP / Postcode - Please ensure you enter the code to which this card is registered
* Random decline - Try again, as your bank might from time to time randomly decline transactions even if you have funds available
*CVC code incorrect - ensure you use the correct code at the back of your card
Please remember that if you enter the data above incorrectly too many times, your bank might consider this as a fraudulent attempt and might decline further transactions on our site even if you enter correct details.
If none of these solutions work, please report this to us and we will investigate.
Remember you can use our PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Payments gateways too and in many cases this will solve the payment issue.
The safest you can imagine! we use Stripe payments, PayPal, Apple, Google and Amazon Pay in our transactions. We do not have any access to your card details. Bunny.Style also runs on https protocol - the safest on the web. Company information is displayed at the bottom of the page.
We are working on making this more clear. Basically some products have options and the collection page is showing the price of the cheapest one, while on the product page the option selected might be a different one. For example caps with plain visors are £19.99 and caps with rainbow visors are £22.99 as it costs us more to make those.
We make most of our products in Guangdong, China. This region is known for high quality products, workmanship and fair workers treatment. Our suppliers use the newest sawing and threading machines from leading western brands to make our products.
Our suppliers can boast of the following certifications:
The ISO 9000 family addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.

Examples of articles that can be certified: raw and dyed/finished yarns, woven and knitted fabrics, accessories, such as buttons, zip fasteners, sewing threads or labels, ready-made articles of various types (garments of all types, domestic and household textiles, bed linen, terry products and much more).
The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is a leading supply chain management system that supports companies to drive social compliance and improvements within the factories and farms in their global supply chains. We are currently working on our premium underwear range - Bunnies. Bunnies are destined to disturb the current premium underwear market with superb quality and fab design at an affordable price. There is one extra feature to them that we are keeping secret at the moment.
Next, we will be introducing more apparel to our store - t-shirts, jackets, pants / trousers.
We are currently talking to a number of brands that we will soon also add to our store.
We want to ensure you get the best product for the fair price. We are told sometimes that our products are expensive, so let us explain! The price of our products is based on three main factors: production costs, marketing costs and profit margin. So you know, our profit margin at the moment is around 25%. This is because we only make small amounts of each product we offer. Also, you probably found us through a Facebook ad - and those cost a lot! So that 25% doesn’t actually even pay our wages - we all have day jobs! What it does cover though is development of new products! If you think we are expensive - we understand! But believe us, you get what you pay for - truly awesome quality product, designed with love and passion!
We are a UK based business with stock in the UK an the US. Hence quick delivery times to these countries.
We are planning to get our stock into some other countries, however we are too small to do this anytime soon. Hopefully 2019 we will hit Austalia, Germany, France and Spain. Currently we do not have stock in those countries but we ship there!
We only started our tiny store in 2017 yet have already worked with some amazing people! Last year we cooperated with Rotterdam Pride in the Netherlands to whom we donated all the profits from the sales.
This year we are cooperationg with a few amazing charity and Pride events:
We offered 30 x £10 vouchers for those taking part in the event.
Bunny.Style Launch Event
We are also having our Brand Launch Event this summer and all proceeds from tickets will be donated to the Opening Doors London charity which provides information and support to older LGBT+ people in the UK.
Unfortunately, we are not able to commit to donate percentage of our profits to charities on a regular basis. This is because we are too young, too small and have to be very careful with our cash flow. We are still investing our own savings into the brand and it would be a huge risk to sign up for something that we know we would not be able to deliver at the moment.
We are currently looking for responsible individuals in the following countries:
Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia.
We are looking for partners who will eventually grow into our distribution managers, managing all operations in those countries. However, the road starts with helping us out in fulfilment and shipping of all orders within these countries.
This is a paid opportunity, and the remuneration will be growing simultaneously with our store, therefore requires a lot of commitment and patience. We want to take on-board someone who'd really enjoy going on this journey with us. Preferably, a student or a part-time employed person, as this job requires a few hours of your time a day!
Please only contact us if you are genuinely interested in helping our brand grow. All applications should be sent to:
