We have recently fixed this issue, if you still have a problem with entering your discount code - we recommend checking out through standard check out.
Our packaging policy.
We do not currently use any product packaging. This is because we believe it is unnecessary and is thrown in the bin as soon as you open the product. No nice boxes here - only great products.
Plastic Packaging.
We have taken steps to minimise and eventually stop using plastic packaging. Our UK and EU shipping service is already free of any plastic packaging.
Recycled / recyclable Packaging.
All our UK & EU packaging is made of recycled paper and can be further recycled.
We are vegan.
We do not use any animal based fabrics or textiles to make our products. You won't find any items here made of wool, leather or silk.
We use 21st century fabrics.
What we use though are some really amazing fabrics that the 21st century has brought us:
We are a small LGBT+ owned business.
As an LGBT+ owned business we took a difficult path where we pretty much depend on our rainbow family to support us. We heard a lot of rejection from mainstream brands who said our products were 'not for them', but at the same time they would make seasonal rainbow lines themselves.
We are not a seasonal brand.
Our products are quite filled with rainbows - and we hope you love it as much as we do! These items are more than just for Pride, so be prepared to want to wear them all year round!
We believe that we should all be supportive of each other.
Support local, support small businesses, support the community - these are our beliefs.
You will get in touch with us straight away, and we usually respond within 5 minutes!
The button located at the bottom takes you straight through to Facebook Messenger.

Again, we can only do this in the UK and the USA. Unfortunately we do not cover the exchange postage cost for items sold to other countries.
You can cancel your order before we ship it. Please get in touch via email, or Facebook messenger for us to act quickly. We will refund straight away including the shipping cost. Please note that refunds might take up to 7 working days to get delivered in your account.
We get a lot of these messages and in majority of cases here are the reasons:
* Incorrect address entered - even misspelling the street name will make your bank reject the payment
* Incorrect ZIP / Postcode - Please ensure you enter the code to which this card is registered
* Random decline - Try again, as your bank might from time to time randomly decline transactions even if you have funds available
*CVC code incorrect - ensure you use the correct code at the back of your card
Please remember that if you enter the data above incorrectly too many times, your bank might consider this as a fraudulent attempt and might decline further transactions on our site even if you enter correct details.
If none of these solutions work, please report this to us and we will investigate.
Remember you can use our PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Payments gateways too and in many cases this will solve the payment issue.
We are able to easily check this for you if you are unsure, so just hit the chat button and we'll be right on it!
You most probably mistyped your email address. Contact us to resolve this.
Set up an account with us! Use the same email address you typed when you shopped with us. We sent account invitations together with your order confirmation.

provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the
provider of Smoooth payments to more than 70,000 online stores. Over 60 million
consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
Once your order's confirmed, you'll receive

online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or
debit card at www.klarna.com/uk
To use Pay later you must be at least 18.
Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later is subject to your financial
circumstances. When choosing Pay later, our assessment will not affect your
credit rating.
Klarna is unique and offers Pay later based
on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item
availability.
If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later
by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and
shipping to your registered billing address.
All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later
before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is
denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna,
you'll need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address. The
mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be
sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct
details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so will
be liable for delayed payment fees.
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded
enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are
only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither
Klarna nor Bunny.Style run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
As soon as Bunny.Style have accepted your cancellation/return,
then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
Payment is due 14 days after the item is shipped. To
help you pay on time, Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due – you'll
receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, they’ll also send you a text
or letter, too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score
might be affected.
Once Bunny.Style has received the return (partial or
full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement
will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full
return, your statement will be closed.
As soon as the store has registered your
cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business
days.
If you do not have your statement number to
hand you can log in at www.klarna.com/uk,
where you will find all of your orders and be able to make payments.

We are working on making this more clear. Basically some products have options and the collection page is showing the price of the cheapest one, while on the product page the option selected might be a different one. For example caps with plain visors are £19.99 and caps with rainbow visors are £22.99 as it costs us more to make those.
We make most of our products in Guangdong, China. This region is known for high quality products, workmanship and fair workers treatment. Our suppliers use the newest sawing and threading machines from leading western brands to make our products.
Our suppliers can boast of the following certifications:
ISO 9001
The ISO 9000 family addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
OEKO TEX
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used. Examples of articles that can be certified: raw and dyed/finished yarns, woven and knitted fabrics, accessories, such as buttons, zip fasteners, sewing threads or labels, ready-made articles of various types (garments of all types, domestic and household textiles, bed linen, terry products and much more).
BSCI
The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is a leading supply chain management system that supports companies to drive social compliance and improvements within the factories and farms in their global supply chains. BSCI implements the principle international labour standards protecting workers’ rights such as International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions and declarations, the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and guidelines for multinational enterprises of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
It's pretty awesome! We made sure to pick the best suppliers and always do quality check of our stock.
We are also developing our home range and currently have several cushion designs in stock too!
At the moment we have quite a selection of PrideBunny snapbacks, socks, wallets, beach towels, swimming shorts, socks and more!
Recently we started making more clothing: tops, sweatshirts, jackets and trousers! Have a look in our All Products collection.
We often anounce upcoming products on social media so make sure to follow us and watch our instagram stories!
We are planning also to expand our lifestyle range in the Spring of 2020 with further awesome products.
Next, we will be introducing more apparel to our store - more pants / trousers, and further t-shirt designs. At some point we would like to make shoes too, but this might be later in the future as we are currently learning about the process to ensure we make amazing products.
We are currently working on our new line of chinos and jeans, jackets and sweatshirts that will be coming to store this Fall. Same as our other products they will be awesome quality but with just a high street price tag.
We don't. We are hoping to open some pop-up stores in London and LA in 2020 though.
We want to ensure you get the best product for the fair price. We are told sometimes that our products are expensive, so let us explain! The price of our products is based on three main factors: production costs, marketing costs and profit margin. So you know, our profit margin at the moment is around 25%. This is because we only make small amounts of each product we offer. Also, you probably found us through a Facebook ad - and those cost a lot! So that 25% doesn’t actually even pay our wages - we all have day jobs! What it does cover though is development of new products! If you think we are expensive - we understand! But believe us, you get what you pay for - truly awesome quality product, designed with love and passion!
Our premium quality underwear range joined us in August 2018!
Bunnies are yet another awesome brand joining Bunny.Style store. We are starting with 6 brief designs. We are currently working on 6 new designs that will become available in 2019. We will also be adding new products to the bunnies range: socks, gym towels and more!
From time to time we allow pre-orders of the upcoming products. Our pre-order policy is to allow you to buy our products up to 2 weeks before the official release.
Please note that if you buy products that are in pre-order mode, we will dispatch your order when these products become available.
If you want us to partially fulfil your order and send the currently available products separately, please let us know.
Our products are generally easy to clean. Check your label for cleaning instructions if it's a piece of apparel. For accessories it is best to get in touch with us but generally the following applies:
Caps made of faux suede and satin polyester:
They're very easy to clean as it is a microfiber fabric therefore doesn't take in too much dirt. Wipe your cap with a warm wet sponge using liquid soap or color-free washing liquid. Soak your cap in warm soapy water first for up to 20 minutes if the dirt is excessive.
Caps made of cotton, linen, viscose or tencel and other natural fabrics.
These need to be soaked in warm soapy water for at least 30 minutes first. After that use a soft wet sponge with warm water and liquid soap to wash the dirt. Do not use any hard sponges or scratch the fabric as this might damage it.
Paper wallets.
Wash with a soft sponge and warm water using liquid soap.
It's easiest to reach us on social media - we are super quick in responding there! Also, can always send us an email to hello@bunny.style.
We are a UK based business with stock in the UK an the US. Hence quick delivery times to these countries.
We are planning to get our stock into some other countries. Hopefully 2019 we will hit Austalia, Germany, France and Spain. Currently we do not have stock in those countries but we ship there!
Ambassadors
We do not currently accept or use any influencer services. Please do not ask us about 'collabs'. We are honest if it comes to social media and want all content that is out there to be genuine. So anything you see us tagged in - it comes from our amazing customers - NEVER from sponsored posts.
We might get in touch with you if you have taken a great picture though. We offer store vouchers for best pictures in return for letting us use them.
Models
As a small brand we are always on a lookout for models. We really would like to see models of all genders and ethnicities to reflect the true inclusive image of our brand. Please get in touch if you feel you got what it takes!
Yep. It's all real!
We started the star rating system a few months ago and have been thrilled by the amount of positive feedback! We always ask our customers to review their purchase.
FYI we do not manipulate the ratings / delete posts etc - unless there is a specific reason (like the post is abusive or does not belong to our customer). So far we haven't deleted any actually.
We only started our tiny store in 2017 yet have already worked with some amazing people! Here are some of community projects we have helped with so far:
in 2017 we cooperated with:
Rotterdam Pride in the Netherlands, who sold our products at their stalls and to whom we donated all the profits from the sales.
In 2018 we helped with the following projects and Pride events:
Bitchy Bingo Fundraiser Event by @thetipsyqueens for Southampton Pride
We offered 3 winning prizes: £50 and 2 x £20 vouchers to our store
Pride Bike Rides by @ridehiit for Pride in London
We offered 30 x £10 vouchers for those taking part in the event.
Bunny.Style Launch Event
We had our Brand Launch Event in the summer of 2018 and all proceeds from tickets were donated to a chosen charity in Poland focusing on fight for equal marraiage and civil partnerships for same-sex couples (neither is currently legal in Poland) Total donation was over £300.
Lublin Pride March, Poland
We have donated £100 towards the organisation costs of the march after being notified about homophobic hate speech of various Polish politicians. Currently there is no law in Poland that protects the LGBT+ community against verbal abuse and homophobic behaviours. It should never be allowed for politicians to speak about LGBT+ as degenerates and deviants - yet it is exactly what has been happening lately in Poland.
2019 projects we are working on:
Llama's Pyjamas Charity Shop and their network.
We have donated a few hundreds of baseball caps from our previous collections, socks and other items to Llama's Pyjamas, who later distributed them around England in their network of friendly charity shops.
Bitchy Bingo Fundraiser Event by @thetipsyqueens for Southampton Pride
Yet again we helped them by offering a few vouchers for the winners.
LGBT+ Charity Fashion Show at Durham University
We are renting out and donating multiple pieces of clothing for a student fashion show in the aid of the Albert Kennedy Trust, which supports homeless LGBT+ youth.
Unfortunately, we are not able to commit to donate percentage of our profits to charities on a regular basis. This is because we are too young, too small and have to be very careful with our cash flow. We are still investing our own savings into the brand and it would be a huge risk to sign up for something that we know we would not be able to deliver at the moment.
We are currently looking for responsible individuals in the following countries:
Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia.
We are looking for partners who will eventually grow into our distribution managers, managing all operations in those countries. However, the road starts with helping us out in fulfilment and shipping of all orders within these countries.
This is a paid opportunity, and the remuneration will be growing simultaneously with our store, therefore requires a lot of commitment and patience. We want to take on-board someone who'd really enjoy going on this journey with us. Preferably, a student or a part-time employed person, as this job requires a few hours of your time a day!
Please only contact us if you are genuinely interested in helping our brand grow. All applications should be sent to:
Please send as much information about yourself as possible, what you do, what you would like to achieve etc. We would like to see some meaningful applications that show that you care:) x
