Packaging Policy
Our packaging policy.
We do not currently use any product packaging. This is because we believe it is unnecessary and is thrown in the bin as soon as you open the product. No nice boxes here - only great products.
Plastic Packaging.
We have taken steps to minimise and eventually stop using plastic packaging. Our UK and EU shipping service is already free of any plastic packaging.
Recycled / recyclable Packaging.
All our UK & EU packaging is made of recycled paper and can be further recycled.
Fabrics and Textiles
We are vegan.
We do not use any animal based fabrics or textiles to make our products. You won't find any items here made of wool, leather or silk.
We use 21st century fabrics.
What we use though are some really amazing fabrics that the 21st century has brought us:
- Washable paper - cellulose fibre leather-alternative which is extremely durable and feels as natural as thick paper. We make our wallets out of this material.
- Microfiber fabrics - Extremely strong, durable and easy to clean. Water absorbent and rapidly drying. We make our towels, swim shorts and some caps of these fabrics.
- Natural fabric mixes - Cotton, Linen, Tencel and Viscose based textiles for our caps, socks and apparel.
- Copper infused cotton fabric - used to make our Bunnies Underwear.
Community and equality
We are a small LGBT+ owned business.
As an LGBT+ owned business we took a difficult path where we pretty much depend on our rainbow family to support us. We heard a lot of rejection from mainstream brands who said our products were 'not for them', but at the same time they would make seasonal rainbow lines themselves.
We are not a seasonal brand.
Our products are quite filled with rainbows - and we hope you love it as much as we do! These items are more than just for Pride, so be prepared to want to wear them all year round!

Shipping Times
Our warehouse usually processes orders in one day, that means that your package is usually shipped the next working day. In some cases this time can be extended up to 3 working days.
At the moment the UK shipping takes 1-3 working days (unless we stated otherwise). Shipping to other countries takes usually 5 - 10 working days.
Although we do all we can to ship as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 extra handling working days for all orders on top of the delivery times stated above. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays within the shipping networks that we have absolutely no influence upon.

Our Return and Exchange Policy
We have a no-stress easy return policy:
Standard 14 day return period for goods bought online. No reason required, unused, new items only. We will refund within 14 working days of receiving the goods. But in reality we will probably refund straight away.
For all returns and faulty items we will refund or replace and cover return postage costs within the UK. For damaged items sent everywhere else we will refund only, after receiving photographic proof of damaged goods.
- Please note that we will not accept any worn, washed or dirty items.
- Returned items that require additional work such as ironing or cleaning of dust and other particles will be refunded upon confirming the return is acceptable by our fulfilment partner who manages our returns. Please send us items the way you would be happy to receive them yourself!
- We will not refund items that had the product labels removed (if the product came with labels) — please ensure you do not remove any labels before trying on.
- We will not accept any returns beyond the 14-day return period, please do not send any items to us after this period has passed as we won't be able to do anything other than send them back to you.
- We will not refund you if your return does not reach us, and you don't have proof of postage. Always take the confirmation slip from the post office as proof of sending your return. Do no use mailbox to send the refund, always scan the label with the post employee and make sure that you have proof in hand.
- Please always include your order number with your return!
- We can send your refund only to the original payment method, in case your card has expired or so, it is up to your bank or card provider to ensure the refund reaches you. As an alternative we can offer store credit.
- We do not refund or reimburse packaging costs if you need to buy new packaging to make a return.
Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost unless the item is faulty and is not part of an order containing multiple items.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your goods if they won't fit or for any other reason. Difference in price will be refunded or added to your bill, you also have an option to receive a voucher to our store. We cover the exchange postage cost. Again, we can only do this in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not cover the exchange postage cost for items sold to other countries.
Please note we only offer 1 exchange order free of charge.
If you want to exchange again as part of the same order you will need to cover the postage costs. Postage cost is £4 flat rate for all orders. Please note you will also need to cover the costs of you sending the 2nd exchange to us.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
You might be able to cancel your order before we ship it. Please get in
touch via email (hello@bunny.style), for us to act quickly. If we are able to
cancel your order, we will refund straight away including the shipping cost
unless special conditions apply. Please note that refunds might take up to 7
working days to get delivered in your account.
We cannot cancel orders that have status 'processing' in the warehouse.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order
before it ships as we ship the same or next working day unless you place a pre-order.
Returns of items sent with Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over £60 in the
UK.
If you return some items and upon the return of your items the total value

Items considered lost & incorrect addresses
Items considered lost & incorrect addresses
We can only consider an item to be lost in the post once 30 working days have
passed since the original delivery date. We will only issue a full refund after
the 30-day cooling-off period has passed. This does not apply however to orders
with status 'delivered'.
If the tracking status of your parcel is 'delivered' and your delivery
address is correct, yet you claim that you did not receive your parcel, we
will only be able to resend your order and will not be able to offer a refund.
If the tracking status of your order is 'delivered', we will only resend
your items if you let us know within 14 days from the delivery date as
stated on the tracking that you have not received them.
If you entered an incorrect address when you shopped with us, it is decided
case by case if we are able to assist you and resend your order. We cannot offer
refunds for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses if entered as such when
you placed your order. If you made a mistake you will need to cover the
shipping cost.
If you enter an incorrect address by mistake when you place your order,
please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update it before
your order ships as we ship the same or next working day unless you place a pre-order.

We get a lot of these messages and in majority of cases here are the reasons:
* Incorrect address entered - even misspelling the street name will make your bank reject the payment
* Incorrect ZIP / Postcode - Please ensure you enter the code to which this card is registered
* Random decline - Try again, as your bank might from time to time randomly decline transactions even if you have funds available
*CVC code incorrect - ensure you use the correct code at the back of your card
Please remember that if you enter the data above incorrectly too many times, your bank might consider this as a fraudulent attempt and might decline further transactions on our site even if you enter correct details.
If none of these solutions work, please report this to us and we will investigate.
Remember you can use our PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Payments gateways too and in many cases this will solve the payment issue.

How does Pay later work?
Once your order's confirmed, you'll receive
an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then
have 14 days

Am I eligible for Pay later?
To use Pay later you must be at least 18.
Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later is subject to your financial

What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as Bunny.Style have accepted your cancellation/return,
then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Payment is due 14 days after the item is shipped. To
help you pay on time, Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due – you'll
receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, they’ll also send you a text
or letter, too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score
might be affected.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once Bunny.Style has received the return (partial or
full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement
will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full
return, your statement will be closed.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your
cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business
days.
I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.

Where are your products made?
We have now moved most of our clothing production out of China due to them using slave labour on some of their cotton farms. We only kept those suppliers who were able to prove the origins of the cotton used in their products.
Our China-manufactured goods are made in Guangdong, China. This region is known for high quality products, workmanship and fair workers treatment. Our suppliers use the newest sawing and threading machines from leading western brands to make our products.
Our clothing lines are made in Bangladesh in a family-run factory which meets all necessary international norms and standards. We have also seen it so we know everyone is paid fair wages and it has good working conditions.

Pre-orders
1. Definition
From time to time, we allow pre-orders of our
upcoming products. Our pre-order policy allows you to buy our products up
to 9 weeks before the official release. Buying the products on pre-order
is unambiguous with the purchase of the product and acceptance of it being
shipped once in stock. You will be charged at the time of placing your
pre-order.
2. Dispatch & Partial fulfilment
Please note that if you buy products that
are in pre-order mode, we will dispatch your order when these products become
available.
If you want us to partially fulfil your
order and send the currently available products separately, please let us know.
Otherwise, your order will be fulfilled when all products are available by
default.
3. Further info on shipping
You can reach out to us to ask for your
pre-order status update at any time. Just email hello@bunny.style">hello@bunny.style with your
order number.
Although we do anything we can to get
pre-orders out on specified dates, delays on suppliers' side might occur. If
you believe your order has been delayed, please get in touch, and we will check
it as we are unable to update every customer separately.
We reserve an additional 2-3 days for fulfilment
of your order once stock becomes available.
We use 48h shipping in the UK and standard USPS shipping in the USA unless you choose otherwise at checkout. Once we ship we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping service providers such as Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DHL etc. Shipping service provider's Terms & Conditions apply.
4. Possible delays
Sometimes unpredicted delays might occur.
By buying products on pre-order you accept that unpredicted delays might occur.
The delays might be caused by suppliers, transfer agents, couriers, overloaded
ports, overloaded planes etc. We can guarantee that we use proven and
responsible suppliers to avoid this kind of situation.

Cleaning, washing etc.
Our products are generally easy to clean. Check your label for cleaning instructions if it's a piece of apparel. For accessories it is best to get in touch with us but generally the following applies:
Caps made of faux suede and satin polyester:
They're very easy to clean as it is a microfiber fabric therefore doesn't take in too much dirt. Wipe your cap with a warm wet sponge using liquid soap or color-free washing liquid. Soak your cap in warm soapy water first for up to 20 minutes if the dirt is excessive.
Caps made of cotton, linen, viscose or tencel and other natural fabrics.
These need to be soaked in warm soapy water for at least 30 minutes first. After that use a soft wet sponge with warm water and liquid soap to wash the dirt. Do not use any hard sponges or scratch the fabric as this might damage it.
Paper wallets.
Wash with a soft sponge and warm water using liquid soap.
